My client is an institution of the European Union, they are currently on the lookout for an Enterprise Architect based in Brussels.

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect Role:
• Architectural vision and elaboration
• Development and enhancement of architecture
• Assistance with the implementation of the architecture
• Architecture maturity assessment
• Analysis of organisational structures
• Analysis of enterprise business processes
• Corporate Data flow analysis
• IS costs/benefits analysis

Required knowledge and Skills for the Enterprise Architect Role:
• 5 years of higher education
• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture
• Good knowledge of business processes analysis
• Knowledge of software maturity models
• Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment

Required Experience for the Enterprise Architect Role:
• Minimum 13 years of IT professional experience
• Strong experience in consulting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture models and tools
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business processes modelling
• Proven experience with quality procedures
• Strong experience in the realization of studies

Specific Expertise and Personal Skills for the Enterprise Architect Role:
• Experience in the domain of System & Solution Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with UML, Business Process Modeling, Sparx Enterprise Architect and quality procedures
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Agile methodology and JIRA
• Fluent in English and/or French
• Ability to analyse complex documents
