Our client is looking to add two people to their eCommerce Data Administration and Implementation team, which is responsible for the implementation of the entire suite of eCommerce platforms and trading systems. Within the Implementation team, they are now seeking individuals to take responsibility for all Client on-boarding and general Data Administration on RET-Loms and other well-known eCommerce platforms. The successful candidates will look after client set-up from beginning to end and input all client information, change requests and issues into client database and back-end systems. In addition to this role, our client is also looking for experts to cover the eCommerce Help desk, which provides direct assistance to clients and 1st level support for all eCommerce products, ECP Connections and trading systems, including Algo / Internet Trading / STP interfaces (FIX/TOF/XML) as well as Realtime feeds. The eCommerce Help Desk liaise directly with clients and logs all issues, reporting faults and failures and following-up internally and with third parties through to their resolution. To apply for any of the roles described above you will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of eCommerce related systems such as RET-Loms, Apama and the eCommerce market space in general. A clear understanding of Electronic and Internet Trading Systems and of the dealing systems, brokers and data vendors implemented in MSS, (i.e. Reuters Dealing, EBS, Bloomberg) is also essential. Comprehensive Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, client server, network switches, routers, WAN, LAN, Internet, Extranet, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, SSL security, tokens, is especially required to cover the eCommerce Help Desk. Full understanding of bank Front, Middle and Back Office business functions, interfaces and data flows are a must, therefore previous experience in a similar position would be of great advantage.
