Espion seeks a Junior eDiscovery Consultant to work as part of our expanding eDiscovery team.

Responsibilities

This is a client facing role. There will also be proportion of time allocated to work on internal projects, primarily focused on producing research papers and/or whitepapers. There will also be a requirement to assist other Espion business units where the need arises. While primarily based in Dublin, the role will require travel both within and outside Ireland from time to time.

Working as part of a small team, key functions include:

Electronic Discovery
Provide eDiscovery advice and guidance to clients
Participate in data collections, data processing, data analysis and productions using the eDiscovery Platform
Work with clients (both large organisations and law firms) to ensure that the output of the eDiscovery Platform can be imported to their own document management system, or legal review system

Project Management
Project Management, which includes providing flexible strategies, creating deliverables in a professional structure and providing detailed reports depicting the overall services provided.
Be responsible for managing and delivering projects, meeting deadlines and staying within customer budget

Business Development
Work with Espion’s Sales Operations to support sales initiatives and drive direct sales for the Investigations and Electronic Discovery division.

Requirements

• Candidates should be capable of working on their own initiative.
• A third level qualification in a related field is essential and a further qualification in Information security is desirable.
• Candidates should be proactive, have the ability to take ownership, have a “can do” approach, and be comfortable working in a team.
• Candidates should have a goal of building customer value and be able to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests, issues, emails or other events.  They should also have the ability to provide pre-sales technical support as and when required.
• Candidates must be articulate in both written and verbal communication, have a demonstrable experience working in a stand-alone role (specifically customer facing) and have a strong ability to produce well written and well-presented reports/documentation in the English language.
