Dutch Customer Service (SAP) – Cork
Duties
Process orders received via the phone, email and fax
Enter orders into the ERP System SAP
Cash Collections
Resolve disputes and queries
Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Sales and Distribution
Liaise with external departments such as logistic service providers
Inventory interfaces
Metric and SLA reporting
Essential Requirements
Fluent Dutch and English
1 years customer service experience in a contact centre environment
Strong communication, administration and problem solving skills
Experience using SAP or an other ERP System would be an advantage but not essential.
