DUTCH HELPDESK AGENT ( 1 other European language)
Brilliant opportunity to work in City Centre on Dutch Helpdesk role for 12 month contract. You will be required to do shift work working from early shift 7am-3pm or late shift from 11am-7pm.
This role entails:
* To provide first level IT support to internal employees and partners in a call centre environment. Performing initial level of problem identification and attempting resolution
* Demonstrating the understanding of the customer’s business needs and being able to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Develop and maintain knowledge of Remedy (incident tracking system), Central Support Knowledge Base and of the call centre’s procedures and business environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Technical expertise in 3 or more of the following:
* Windows Operating Systems
* Microsoft Office
* Network Connectivity
* Print Services
* Hardware
* E-Mail / Internet mail
* Lotus Notes
* Fluent in English and another European language
