o Host Provisioning
o Load balancing
o Routing and Scripting – Identify and improve service monitoring

· Large scale environment operational experience
o Oncall Experience
· Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
· Process
o ITIL/COBIT Awareness
o Understanding and awareness of Incident and Change management “Event Management”
· Awareness /familiarity of any Trouble Ticketing System
· Proactive issue detection and reporting
o Setup and configure scripted monitoring solutions
· Strong Documentation
o Excellent technical documentation is required
· Excellent prioritization and decision making
· Strong customer – focus
· Clear and concise communications
o Ever driven multi – site conf calls?
o Excellent spoken English and English comprehension a requirement to intiate/drive/manage multi-site conf calls.
