The Development Team Manager you will be tasked with building a strong Web/Mobile Development presence across two highly skilled Agile teams. Discussion will be required with other business teams, development teams, architects and product owners to flesh out a viable solution. Once complete, you and other team members will execute and deliver the feature. 
 Requirements:
* Ability to build and mentor high performance Agile Web Teams
* Ability to create the right structure for teams to grow, continuously learn and deliver business value
* Ability to report on technical progress to business stakeholders
* Ability to identify flaws or weaknesses in a particular development approach
* Ability to take business requirements into consideration when discussing development risks and opportunities
* Ability to gather and clarify requirements from various teams
* Experience at a start-up – fast paced, loose structure, results oriented
* Experience working as part of a remote office is a distinct advantage
* Ability to write awesome code is also an advantage but not a strict requirement

* .NET/C# (5  years)
* Backend development
* SQL (5  years), MSSQLServer
* Webservices (SOAP/REST)
* eCommerce Back End development
* SVN 
 Technical Assets:
* Distributed computing experience (Azure)
* Search Engines – Solr
