Development Team Lead

My Client, a leading Financial Services Admin Provider are looking for a development team lead to join their team based in Dublin city Centre. This is an excellent role with massive progression opportunities, due to continued new business growth with the company.

Development Team Lead

• Leading a team that supports and enhances Python systems for back office processing, as well as modern front-end web-applications for the same
• Lead a team of developers working on Python systems for Financial services back office processing, as well as modern front end web apps.
• Write unit tests as well as implement code with paired developers
• Collaboration across IT and Business teams to ensure deliverables are met
• Assist QA’s in automated script creation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience of software development experience, (years in Python/Ruby/C#/Java
• Strong knowledge of relational databases
• Team Management experience
• Experience working on financial services systems would be a bonus.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop yourself and your team
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
