Our Client has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer. This is an immediate contract requirement for 1 month based on site in Shannon and Cork. Accommodation expenses will be provide if necessary while on site
Responsibilities:
• Delivery of solutions within named account; installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment working primarily on site.
• Understands customer goals; identifies consequences of various solutions Uses proactive monitoring procedures to identify problem prevention opportunities.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
• Handles customer-relations problems promptly and appropriately, escalates issues according to established procedures.
Required skills and experience:
• Solid experience in desktop environment.
• Experience of break/fix on desktop, laptops, and peripherals
• Has positive approach to dealing with customers.
