Desktop Support Engineer- Dublin

Dublin- €26,000 – €30,000 + Shift Premium of €600 per month

Role Purpose: You will be working as part of the ESP Global Services team that is based at Dublin Airport. To provide on-site IT support resolving desktop problems and maintaining hardware in line with defined operating procedures and within agreed contractual service levels.

Working Hours- 4 days on 4 days off with 4 day rotating shifts of 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am,

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and update tickets assigned to you

* Maintain a high level of communication through phone and email

* Initiate the return of faulty hardware

* Use of SCCM for image or application deployment

* Support Mobile devices

* Carry out preventative and routine maintenance

* Support projects

Role Requirements:

* Substantial experience of working in an IT Support role

* Demonstrable understanding of Windows 7 environment and office 2010

* Knowledge of SCCM

* Ability within 1st , 2nd and 3rd Line support

* Understanding of networking principles

* ITIL qualification
