Desktop Support Agents
Desktop Support Agents are required to work for a leading out sourcing Multi national based in Co Kildare,
Our client is a close partner to a leading multi national and they are looking to take on desktop support agents for one of there clients on an initial 6 month contract.
For the role you should possess the below skills:
* Some Customer service skills is essential
* Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical skills as well as excellent multi-tasking abilities required.
* Very strong customer facing skills.
* Good working knowledge of MS Windows XP
* Novell NetWare basic knowledge
* Vendor Management
* Technical Writing experience (college experience would suffice)
The role would suit a recent graduate of a software degree/diploma course that would have gained some customer service experience/internship ideally within Technical Support.
