Deskside Support Engineer
Our client is a leading Medical Device company based in Galway.
They have a current opportunity for an IT/IS support engineer to join the team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot all IT issues ensuring that incidents are appropriately logged and communicated
through to resolution.
– Upgrading and replacing PCs and laptops with standard build and troubleshooting any
issues that may arise.
– Ensure IT policies and processes are correctly followed
– Ensure software versions are kept current on all PCs and laptops
– Help Develop and implement and document comprehensive policies and procedures for
the Company’s Information Systems
– Any other duties as required
Education
– IT Qualification or related discipline
Experience:
– Minimum 2 years' experience
