Deskside Support Engineer
A leading IT Managed Services provider requires 2 Deskside Support Engineers for initial 10 week contracts based in Kilkenny. The successful Deskside Support Engineers will be expected to manage a helpdesk and install hardware and software across the client site.

Responsibilities
• Provide helpdesk support to remote users
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Resolve queries with MS Exchange, Email setup, password reset
• Address hardware issues
Requirements
• 1+ years relevant experience in a technical support environment
• Good understanding of hardware installation
• Fluent English
