Technicians will install Customer standard operating systems and business applications on desktop and laptop systems and associated peripherals in the Customer environment. Â Technicians will apply basic troubleshooting techniques both to isolate product failures to the field replaceable unit (FRU) level and to resolve software break-fix issues. Â Technicians will perform desk side IMAC services (install, move, add, change) and basic quality assurance on system configurations and system repairs. Â Technicians will perform all administrative responsibilities, case documentation, support the back office operations (as defined in Vendor’s Standard Operating Procedures), and will adhere to established manufacturer warranty procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of proven experience in a desk side support environment.Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.

IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change)
Hardware Support (PC, Notebook, Blackberry, Phone, Periphery,..)
Software Support (Standard software within agreed SLAs, Special Software – best effort)
User Support
Call Coordination (as needed for on site required interventions)
All on-site interventions for IT related equipment as required by a Service Desk incident or a Business System Service Request (BSSR)
