Deployment (System) Engineer – Perm – Dublin. My client a leading light within their respected industry is in urgent need of a talented Systems(unix/linux)/Deployment Engineer to join them on a Permanent basis. My client wants an experienced systems engineer with a Unix System’s administrator background to join their Deployment team. You will be required to provide technical input on design related issues at the outset of a project. You will make use of your previous experience to support my client in designing new solutions and in refining the delivery of existing or previously delivered services. Candidates will have strong experience with Linux (Redhat preferred) Solaris 9, 10. Candidates will also be able demonstrate commercial knowledge of, Oracle / MySQL Databases,TCP/IP Networking (routing, switching and load balancing concepts) Cisco and Scripting (Awk, Shell, Perl).
