Position: Delivery Manager (E2E/NGA/OSS) Location: Adastral Park, Ipswich Duration: 01Year Fixed Term Employment Annual Salary: 45K-50K GBP Per Annum Start: ASAP Mandatory Skills: End to End Delivery Management, OSS, NGA, Storm Skill Set/JD: Understanding of NGA processes, procedures and architecture Detailed understanding of STORM for story creation and management. OSS exp Professional Operating Model, Release Lifecyle knowledge (Requirements to Design, Build and Test). Business Readiness, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Good understanding of Agile model Behavioural Managing stakeholders such as Programme management, Product Line, Service Management and Field Operations Risk and Issue escalation management Responsibilities: E2E Business Release Planning and Strategy input to Strategy for Business Rollout for multi billion pound NGA programme Scoping and Release ownership and control SCB Demand Story and Customer Experience story management Management of large scale multiple platform and project teams varying in size from 15 to 100 each. Lead Delivery teams on numerous releases. Involved in driving strategy, control and leadership for E2E process for improved deliveries Finance and Project resource planning Ownership of Programme objectives to achieve key business case deliverables for NGA Management of E2E trial plans, business training, various testing Programme reporting for NGA E2E milestones
