We are currently seeking applications for a DBA with strong SQL skills for a day rate contract with a client in Limerick City.
Role & Responsibilities
* Dealing with database related incidents, processes and requests
* Provisioning and maintaining environments
* Execute the strategy of the database architecture
* Experience with incident and ticket handling
* Reviewing database backups, maintenance & monitoring
* Working with the development teams
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree
* Strong SQL Server Database administration experience
* Knowledge of SQL Server data stores
* Knowledge of troubleshooting
* Experience with high availability
* Experience with Microsoft Azure would be ideal
