An experienced DB2 Developer is required for a 8 month contract based in Cork. Our client is a large blue-chip company with operations worldwide. You should be able to perform software design, software construction, testing and maintenance of DB2 applications. Other essential skills are Oracle and java experience and distributed architectures.
Job Requirements:
-db2 developer with a minimum of 4 years solid Db2 experience
-Oracle development
-SQL Tuning
-db2 performance and capacity tuning
-database design and implementation using SQL or procedural SQL;
-knowledge of XML and XSLT
-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
-English: Fluent
