Expectations & Tasks
Identify and manage sales opportunities within company installed base customers by telephone
Develop territory sales plans in close cooperation with TSEs
Nurture customer relationships for assigned accounts, including tracking activities associated with account relationship and opportunity management
Support Territory Sales Executives in co-selling and account coverage activities
As necessary, leverage field resources or partners to manage sophisticated or complex sales transactions
Act as first-line support for partner-led sales activities
Work Experience
Minimum 6 months relevant sales experience with deal closure responsibilities in a well-established company, preferably tele-sales experience in a software company
Education & Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
University degree, preferably in computer science or IT related discipline
Good IT or ERP knowledge
Proficient in English and Danish
Proven sales ability
Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and have strong drive for results
Strong problem solving skills and patient with routine work
Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
Can play a trusted advisor role to customers
