Cyber Security Engineer Remote

I am working with a Global Company to help find their next Security Engineer. The company specialise in security software. This role is a small team of experienced professionals. You will play a central role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Cyber Security operations required to support the business and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Security compliance programme
* Perform security monitoring and potentially carry out forensic analysis to detect security incidents
* Continuously improve security operations through automation and process refinements
* Conduct PCI DSS assessments and security testing
* Join in vulnerability and threat assessments
* Advise staff on security best practises
* Effectively interact with other members of the team to provide security solutions to technical issues
* Contribute to problem management by identifying trends in product failures and reoccurring incidents
* Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
* Attend Client meeting and answer technical questions on project

Key Requirements:

* Sophos endpoint experience and Sophos Firewall experience
* Knowledge of SIEM products i.e QRadar, Splunk
* Oracle Cloud would be ideal but experience with AWS/Azure is fine
* Data Leak Prevention experience
* Knowledge with PaloAlto
* Any risk/governance/compliance experience will set you apart
