Our client is a specialist supplier of control products to OEMs and end users within the manufacturing sector. They are now looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join their team.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the sales of our client’s automation and machine solutions.

Building a strong understanding of customers’ requirements, you’ll provide pre-sales project proposals, as well as hardware and software solutions. Additionally, you’ll provide ongoing technical support to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.

To be considered, you must:

– Be an electrical engineering or computer science graduate with an interest in machine automation OR
– Have time served as an electrician or maintenance or service engineer with PLC, VSD and machine building experience

Adaptable and organised, as a Customer Solutions Engineer, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A team player mentality and analytical approach are also key.
