Experience: 12 months’ experience in people facing promotional role
As part of the role you will be working with a large National IT project team. The role will involve a large amount of stakeholder management and as such clear and concise communication will be required. Own Vehicle and Full License will be required to get to varying locations as part of your duties. No Goods will be carried and compensation for travel is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- On site engagement to aide completion of online forms
- Target of 40 users approached and forms sent out & completed to per day
- Full knowledge of FAQs from programme feedback/experience
- Report to Team Manager/Lead
- Work to exceed client expectations by delivering a high quality service
Skills and Experience Required
