CUSTOMER SERVICE REP – HEBREW
My client is a leading international firm with a reputation for excellence in customer service. They are a young growing company who believe their success depends on their employees and that’s why they recruit the best and brightest talent to work along side the Senior Operations Manager for Multilingual email and phone support. This role requires absolute fluency in Hebrew and English.

To get this job you will have the following skills and experience;

• 2-3 years high volume customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience writing customer service correspondence.
• Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
• Must be fluent in Hebrew with excellent written and oral English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• General Internet Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Strong Team Player
