Hudson IT & Telecoms are seeking a Contract Senior SAP Consultant for their Consultancy team in Dublin.
The Role
Senior SAP consultant to lead the SAP Supply Chain team in providing expert SAP consulting services to our client base. The successful candidate will lead SAP Supply Chain implementation projects and play a key role in our SAP advisory engagements as well as being responsible for the development and mentoring of more junior consultants. Responsibilities
· Leading the SAP Supply Chain team
· Identifying and assessing new Supply Chain applications
· Leading SAP implementation projects
· Providing expert advice to our clients
· Project role includes analysis and design, blueprint documentation, specification of any required development, gap analysis, solution specification, configuration, report development with report writer, testing and end user training
· Provision of post implementation support
· Support for business development activities
· Support for team development activities

Required Skills and Experience
· Minimum 6 years’ SAP supply chain implementation experience gained in either a consulting environment or end user environment
· Exposure to other SAP modules is desirable
· Good team player, self-motivated and flexible with a high level of personal initiative
· Highly customer-orientated
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management both internal and external (fluent English is essential)
· Problem solving ability, able to take direction based on given job duties and responsibilities
· Ability to work under pressure with business critical system issues
· Proven configuration and support experience in a number of modules in the SAP supply chain suite – knowledge of MM and WM is essential and knowledge of other modules such as SD, SRM, PP, PM and QM is desirable
