COMMERCIAL STATISTICIAN – MOBILE STRATEGY

We now require an experienced Insight Manager to take on a broad role tracking Marketing, Operations and Consumer Insights. The successful applicant will impact immediately as being Energetic, Facilitative and Engaging.
To get this job, you will have the following competencies:
• 8 to 10 years proven marketing and people management experience spent within strategy or market intelligence gained in telecoms industry either at client or consultancy environment
• Excellent communication skills – Strong track record of delivering into executive level. Candidate must synthesise intelligence effectively in order to shape executive decisions
• Proven strategic thinker- successful roles drawing on the ability to interpret customer, commercial & financial data & translate them into actionable insights
• Degree level in Business, Social Sciences or Statistics, or similarly quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership skills, especially through periods of change
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrably high degree of influencing skills in a pressurised environment
• People Management experience – with the ability to develop and motivate a high performance culture
• Excellent ability to inspire confidence and trust
• Excellent ability to drive customer centric mentality
• Excellent data analysis/ interpretation/ decision making skills
• Very strong commercial awareness and customer focus
• Very strong problem solving mentality
• Very strong ability to influence senior management at director level

• Management of market intelligent resources within various group functions & across market units in order to meet customer needs
• Managing high-level analysis and transforming information into knowledge and intelligence (statistics and segmentation)
