Working for a global leading manufacturer and distributor of packaging, labelling and office products.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Experienced in managing change associated with large scale, global ERP (Oracle) implementations
* Will help drive all change activities including:
* impact assessment,
* communications,
* stakeholder engagement,
* change network planning,
* organization alignment/role mapping,
* workforce transition planning,
* training
* performance support planning
* and readiness assessment planning
* Support and guide junior members of the team
* Will be reporting to the Change Management Lead
Skills required:
* Experienced in managing change associated with large scale, global ERP (Oracle) implementations
* Proven recent change management experience (6-8 years) in Oracle, ERP bonus
* Good communication skills are required and an ability to deal with senior stakeholders
* Must have strong English language proficiency – Be able to work independently
* Be effective with program leadership – Proven previous team leadership role
* Flexibility to travel – role based in Ireland
* Prior experience working with consulting companies a bonus
* Role to start Mid February 2012 to June 2012 with a possibility to be extended – based in Cork
