Your skill-set
3+ years complex server side software development in C#
Ability to absorb mathematical algorithms and develop high performance implementations
Excellent communicational skills as you will need to communicate to different levels within the business
Any interest in probability would be advantageous
Financial Services or Capital Markets – knowledge would be advantageous
