C# Lead Programmer

Job Tasks:
You will use your creative and analytical skills to oversee and improve upon existing projects and design new ones based on company business strategies and Director input.　 This position demands tremendous creative, analytical, and organizational skill along with a firm understanding of client and user behaviour to produce high quality software solutions that generate usage volume, reputation and branding, and ultimately revenue. As the company IT Lead, you will answer directly to the company Directors and participate in management and recruitment of IT staff, project management, as well as hands on programming and oversight of technical administration.　 You will be charged chiefly with overseeing and implementing the technical vision of the Directors and associated companies.

Mandatory Requirements:

– Min. 5 years relevant experience

– Experience with .Net web application development up through .Net 4.0

– Experience in C#, MSSQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Ajax/javascript, XML, jQuery / DOM

– Experience with Windows Server, SVN

– Ability to work with a design team to produce websites that are attractive, compelling and easy to navigate and use

– Proven ability to lead a team

– Sufficient communication skills

– Experience with Google analytics and search engine optimization

– Excellent writing ability
