• Practical experience of .Net business application development for WinForms
• Strong understanding of core .Net features used in our frameworks…
o Reflection
o Generics
o Type Descriptors
o Data Binding
o ADO.Net

Beneficial:

• Experience with the Developer Express suite of .net components

• Practical knowledge of ASP.Net

• Experience with WCF and web services in a distributed application

• Experience with the emerging WPF/Silverlight layers

• Knowledge of IronPython or other runtime scripting technologies

• Knowledge of the Visual Studio design time feature set like design-time type discovery, custom type editors etc.. (for developing tools for developers)

• Strong competence in Object Oriented Analysis
