Business Analyst with Testing

Business Analyst with Testing experience is immediately required by our client a Tier One Investment Bank in London . Interfacing with the test and development team and the business your business analysis will focus on a third party application ( cash management system) written in Java that has an Oracle Back End. You will also manage the testing and release of new versions of the application. This is a business facing role so strong communication skills are key. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate that comes from an investment banking or fund management. Its key function is the analysis of business requirements to support the deliveries of the Cash Management and Payments (CMAP) application. Specific Responsibilities Provide a partnership with the business focussing on strategy, business process design, business use of systems, and analysis of business requirements. Identify opportunities for optimisation of business processes and more effective use of systems. Challenge existing business process and requirements. Seek, evaluate and champion alternative, more cost effective, 80:20 solutions. Review business strategy together with current and future business requirements. Identify impact on system strategy and architecture. Identify potential systems projects. Flesh out project vision, scope and business cases in the form of proposals. Contribute towards shaping of enterprise architecture in accordance with principles defined by the Architecture group.
