Duties:
Included in the role but not limited to;
*Working with the business team to define the requirements of the new business and design new processes to support this business.
*Working with the customers to understand/define their current business processes and environments.
*The identification of systems requirements to support enhanced business processes. This will involve development of functional specifications as well as identification and evaluation of implementation options.
*Responsibility for certain project management aspects – specifically delivery of sizing requests within the agreed timeframe and ongoing resolution of functional issues.
*Support for internal business team and customers in deploying any solutions.
*Research of current industry practices and monitoring future initiatives in the global payments industry to ensure that the company can maintain its position as a market leader in Payments Processing.

Experience
*Previous experience in bankcard/payments industry.
*Familiarity with merchant acquiring business preferable.
*Min. three years experience of analysis and project management methodologies.
* Proven track record of gathering customer requirements, analysing and translating these into business processes.
* End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Degree in IT/IT related discipline
* Qualification in Business/Accounting desirable
