Rate: € 45 to € 55 K (Permanent)

Brief outline of Job:

• The job purpose is to define the optimum business logic, process, criteria and decision tree for customer facing messages across all contact points in line with business rules and defined contact strategy.

• This position has responsibility for the maintenance of back-office system configuration and process with a view to executing the customer facing messages to front-end applications.

Key Tasks:
• To design optimum decision flows, process and messaging across all contact points to meet business goals

• To maintain and structure messages within applications designed for customer facing functions, including sales recommendation messages for telesales and web, and sales messages for all inbound functions.

• To maintain inbound order-entry suite applications in line with business and campaign rules to reflect marketing propositions.

• To liaise with IT function around the implementation of same messages.

• To maintain and develop new campaigns in conjunction with the Campaign Analyst through the Campaign Management Suite system to support the application messages per segment.

• To continually monitor and report on messaging effectiveness and modify customer messages to optimise messaging across all contact points.

Desired candidate experience

1. 3rd level qualification in Business, Commerce or Marketing.
2. Experience in customer process design
3. Systems analysis background with proven examples of experience of understanding how various elements of systems interact with each other
4. High degree of PC literacy- extensive knowledge of MS office and advanced excel and Visio capability.
5. Good communication skills both written & verbal – ability to present complex issues to a variety of audience groups: technical, non-technical, and senior management
6. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
7. 4 years experience in a high pressure commercial environment.
8. 2 years experience in an analytical role is essential.

Salary dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
