Analyse Life and Pension existing and new products, features and data. Document and explain products, features and data in clear concise terms to other members of the development and QA teams. Assist in the design of how these products and features will should work (at a business level) in Eclipse.
Essential Experience:
* 5 years experience in the Life and Pension industry.
* An understanding of the core functionality and associated business processes of Life and Pensions.
* Experience of business process analysis.
* Ability to work as part of a team, and also work independently
* Display initiative and practical application.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
Experience of analysing and designing components of mission critical applications and experience of working with business process scoping (in the insurance industry), requirements gathering, systems analysis, design and support.
Life and Pensions industry experience is essential for this role.
