Dublin Based Business Analyst

An international company is currently recruiting Technical Business Analyst and Senior System Analyst. They have been given a budget increase their IT team so they are recruiting for multiple roles for multiple projects. The process has been ongoing for most of 2012. My client has a number of key values that it seeks in all of their team: Imotivated, flexibility, Technical skills and above all a cultural fit.

The ideal candidate will need to be a dynamic individual who is very analytical but can also work as part of a team. It is likely to appeal to a professional who enjoys being busy and is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure projects are finished on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
Develop high quality requirements specifications as required within scheduled time-frame and budget adhering to set standards
Take the lead in mentoring more junior staff
Work closely with Business and Systems groups to gain a sound understanding of the systems being supported
Uses data to identify and drive solutions to business problems leveraging SQL
Design and / or support QA and UA testing
Collaborate with a variety of business and IT stakeholders

Experience:
Should be educated to degree level in a Computer or Information Systems
3 years relevant experience in Business Analysis
Must have strong exposure to SQL as a user or Configuration
Development Background is an advantage but not necessary
