Business Analyst

Negotiable

Specific responsibilities include:
* Acting as the point of contact to business for service level management
* Support and maintenance of local applications
* Upgrade and Support of consolidated HR system
* Support for IT Compliance processes (SOX, CSV, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity)
* Understand and follow Computer Systems Validation and change Management methodologies defined by IT
* Retirement of local systems which have been recently migrated to global instances.
Desired Skills & Experience
*This position requires 2‐5 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience with advanced degree.
*Project management competencies are required to manage local upgrade including liaising with vendor to do so.
*Fluent in SDLC, CSV and Compliance processes (e.g. SOX, GMP).
*Experience of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, MS‐Access, MS‐SharePoint, SQL, Oracle.
*Ability to deliver training programs * Strong problem solving, analytical, development, and design skills are required
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
*Collaboration with IT team members and business users
