An Irish Life and Pensions software company which had been in existence since 1999 was acquired by a global giant just under a year ago. It was aquired due to its interesting technology and skilled labor. Since the acquisition it has been business as usual in many aspects. The two major changes which have taken place are that they now have far more capital behind them and their network on a global basis has exploded.
They are seeking quite a few Business Analysts who truly understand the life and pensions space. They are seeking a candidate who can not only undertake a traditional Business Analyst activities such as gathering requirements, writing specs ect but can also be a resource for both client and internally on Life and Pensions to ensure the company is proving the best possible product and the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of BA estimates & plans
Liaise with customer counterparts and actively drive out customer requirements
Provide industry expertise / advice to clients, project delivery teams, sales teams
Undertake peer reviews of specifications
Conduct specification walkthroughs (for other project delivery teams)
Experience:
Highly experienced in the Financial Services. Life and Pensions experience is a must for this role
Understanding of business analysis processes and methodologies is an advantage
