Business Analyst – Telecoms
Business Analyst sought by global telco based in Dublin. The business analyst is tasked with helping the business meet its objectives and goals including standardisation of processes / systems / practice across EU operations in the Service Delivery function. In addition you will be responsible for requirement capturing and documentation.
The business analyst will work with stakeholders and be able to demonstrate previous success in such a role, ideally for an organisation’s Service Delivery and/or Billing & Collection functions.
Skills
· Excellent BA skills
· Telco exposure
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience driving business and shaping the IT team
