Essential requirements:
3 years experience in a business analysis role
Strong experience of Oracle
Oracle experience not essential if candidate has strong BA experience in the Financial Services sector
Proven analytical skills
Broad understanding of business, business technology and business applications
Strong negotiation, presentation, facilitation & communication skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of client requirements
3rd level qualification in relevant discipline
The role:
Business Analyst serves as direct liaison between the IT and operational organisation, translating requirements for Application functional enhancement into precise technical specifications for development, and then delivering these requirements through UAT and Release Management into the Production environment.
