You will work in a team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of business process systems. This position will involve about 80% project and development work and 20% support.

Day to day activity in this role:

· Design, develop and enhance Business Process applications

· Utilize Meta-storm BPM software environment to develop workflows and solutions.

· Troubleshoot Business Process and integrated applications

· Assist colleagues with Business Process Application Development and Support.

· Assist with high-level and detailed requirements gathering from non-technical stakeholders

· Present and demonstrate processes to end-users.

· Extend Meta-storm logic through custom SQL.

· Make recommendations on custom blended applications including CRM and BPM Meta-storm.

· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.

· Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and

initiatives to support and enhance our existing Microsoft based systems.

· Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support

and troubleshooting of BPM Meta-storm supported processes.

· Identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

· Provide SQL administration in live and test environments.

· Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user

guide, etc.

· Participate in weekly meetings with the IT program team to discuss progress and issues to be

resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the PM.

· Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT

software development projects.

· Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for new development

projects

· Multi task project work with operational support.

Qualifications:

· 3 – 5 years background required in MS SQL Server design and development.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience developing workflow applications, preferably using Meta-storm BPM.

· Technical process development experience in BPM preferred.
