Billing Analyst
Reports to: Head of Billing
The Role
Our Client's Billing Department are responsible for managing the billing operations function for the entire business.The primary objective of the billing team is to manage the bill production function across a number of discrete billing platforms.
They are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to join the billing team.
Responsibilities:
◦Billing Error & issue Resolution.
◦Billing Change Management and Testing.
◦Report Management to include production of standard billing reports along with development of new reporting requirements.
◦Manage the error handling process for all billing suspense files.
Qualifications/Experience
◦Strong Business Analysis skills required.
◦Ability to understand and manipulate data.
◦Attention to detail.
◦Ability to understand and communicate complex issues in a clear and simple way.
Experience required (Essential)
◦Minimum of 3 years experience specifically in telecoms billing.
◦Advanced Excel Skills.
◦Experience of MS access.
Relevant third level qualification desirable.
