Brief outline of Job:
Our prestigious client's Billing Department's are responsible for managing the billing operations function for the entire business to include the Residential, Business and Wholesale customer base for TV, Broadband and Voice products. The primary objective of the billing team is to manage the bill production function across a number of discrete billing platforms.

Role:

• Billing Error & issue Resolution
• Billing Change Management and Testing
• Report Management to include production of standard billing reports along with development of new reporting requirements.
• Manage the error handling process for all billing suspense files

• Proven ability to operate flexibly and pro-actively in a complex and dynamic working environment.

Experience required (Essential)
• Minimum of 3 years Billing experience. Telecoms billing would be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of wholesale interconnect billing.
• Good understanding of Voice billing products, in particular discount and bundle packages.
• Experienced in participating in all aspects of billing test events.
• Good understanding of Revenue Assurance process.
• Good understanding of billing Audit processes and documentation.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Experience of MS access.

• Relevant third level qualification desirable.

Salary range dependent on the level of skills and experience of the successful candidate. A great benefits package is on offer including 23 days holidays per year, increasing to 25 after 3 years.
