BI project manager

Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager – DUBLIN -CONTRACT

The BI PM will focus on developing and implementation of BI solutions and will demonstrate a strong BI background including requirements gathering, source system analysis, project management and client interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for project management & delivery of BI projects, including managing project schedule, issues & risks, status reporting, communications etc.
* Manage release activities for BI reporting
* Work in an agile development environment with short release cycles and dynamic business requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to drive technical issues from start to finish while consistently demonstrating solid judgement in implementation innovative solutions
* Will be experienced with full life-cycle BI projects and have a sound awareness of project management methodologies
, deploying various BI solutions and projects
* Participate in requirement reviews with dev/test teams

Required Skills & Experience:

* Have a strong technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft BI technologies and their application to create business solutions
at least 3 yrs of experience in enterprise and/or business intelligence application development
* Hands-on experience in SQL Server is preferred
* Experience must include experience with metrics, dashboards & balanced scorecards, data structures and analytics
* Solid understanding of productivity tools such as Visio, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

* PMI/Professional PM qualifications
