BI Analyst, Kildare

We have been retained by Our client is a national company with a sizeable portfolio of customers. Reporting to the BI Manager,the Busines Intelligence Analyst to coordinate with business users on the development of reporting and analystical solutions.This is a fixed 3 year contract.

What you need:

– 5 years of experience in relevant discipline.
– Degree in Finance, Computer Science or mathematics a requirement.
– Experienced at multidimensional data modelling anddeveloping BI solutions.
– A capability to balance data needs and actionable requirements.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have (but not a requirement):

– SQL skills and OBIEE/OBIA experience an advantage.

What you get to do:

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following:

– Lead/participate in requirements gathering workshops.
– Partner with business users and BI team members to define analytics & reporting solutions.
– Use tools like OBIA, BI Publisher, OLAP and FSG) to devel;op reports.
– Develop and execute test planning.
– Provide BI training.
– Monitor your developed busines solution and offer Bi support.
