Test Manager | Permanent | Dublin
Our client has a requirement for a Test Manager with automation experience for a permanent role in Dublin. The successful candidate will be joining a team focused on customer service with the highest integrity, and we value operational excellence, strong engineering, and technological innovation. You will be responsible for managing a team of Automation Test engineers.
Skills Required:
* A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
* 10 years of previous IT technical experience
* 5 years of leadership experience
* Proven ability to lead and motivate other stakeholders on a project.
* Experience in SQL, QTP and Load Runner will be required
* Experience in using and developing Selenium tests is advantageous.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Demonstrated ability to utilize SQL to navigate Database Schemas is ideal, but not essential
* Ability to independently manage a team within an evolving organisation, and to participate in continual process improvement
* Familiar with Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
* Experience using Quality Centre with BPT is advantageous
* Must be a team player, self-motivated, possess good inter-personal communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills, good documentation skills, good planning skills
* Experience dealing with off-shore teams and the communication and cultural problems that can sometimes that arise from that.
