Automation Test Engineer – Daily Rate Contract Role based in Limerick

Immediate start for a Test Engineer with specialist skill in Automation testing for a contract role, based in my clients offices in Limerick. This is a daily rate contract with a competitive rate for the right candidate, working in a fast paced environment with a leader in their own field. The successful candidate will create, manage and execute manual and test automation scripts, as well as carry out performance and stress testing on internal and customer software components, while providing status reports and updates to the test team manager and software teams.

We are looking for someone with strong experience with automated testing and related tools (eg. Selenium, Robot Framework or similar). You should have experience with RESTful webservices, Apache Maven and working knowledge of Java and SQL as well as previous experience in the full software test cycle and be a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
