Automation QA Engineer

We are ideally seeking someone who is a quick learner who really enjoys finding issues and investigating problems. This is an exciting and fast passed role providing a vital service to the development process.

Skills Experience & Qualifications:
�
A Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
�
2+ years of experience in testing web applications and web services
�
Proficiency with SQL at an intermediate level
�
Experience using issue management tools, generating test metrics, reporting of test results
�
Experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and continuous delivery
�
Good verbal and written communication skills
�
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
�
Analyse business and project requirements and develop the appropriate test scenarios, test plans and cases
�
Collaborate with the development team to create work flows for performance testing and benchmarking.
�
Execute tests, perform issue analysis and reporting, participate in product readiness reviews
�
Work closely with developers, QA team, customer support and product management on delivering and supporting our service.

Experience in the following skills would be advantageous:
�
Knowledge of modern test frameworks (Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium)
�
Experience in testing of mobile applications (android)
�
Experience in test automation
