We are seeking an experienced IT help desk support executive to join the team of a small operation in West Dublin that is focused on providing online and phone banking and retail support to clients located throughout the 32 counties. Within this role you will provide support on technical issues so previous experience in technical support role is essential.

Key skills & Experience:
A min of 2 years within a helpdesk / customer support role
Knowledge of the banking sector an advantage
Apptitude for IT with ability to pick up new systems with ease
Excellent communication skills – fluent English a must
