Associate Project Manager

My client a global industry leader has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month contract

Responsible for the planning and management of all training programs and projects within CoE Learning & Development. The Associate Program Manager will manage resource requirements including facilities (room booking) and materials. They will manage all metrics and symptoms of success or desired outcomes, evaluations and feedback. They will establish common processes and methodologies to ensure high quality program delivery.

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

Ongoing management, planning of L&D Programs and Project
* Ongoing management of resources (people, facilities, materials).
* Reporting and communications on Programs and Project operational status and performance
* Provide data to support program changes, provide feedback from customers and partners
* Drive program and process improvement.
Develop and maintain excellent communication and relationships with Educational Services and Training Providers.
* Facilitate sharing of best practice & alignment.
* Regular reviews of operations metric with L&D and key clients.
* Engage with and influence stakeholder groups.
* Understanding customer and partner needs and ownership of driving initiatives to enhance customer and partner experience.
* Program execution through collaboration with program and project owners and key stakeholders

Experience:
* 3rd level qualification in IT/Engineering / Finance or Business management
* Minimum 3 years experience in IT or High Tech industry
* Experience leading cross organizational projects
* Strong program management skills with training in formal project and process management methodologies desirable.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and impact and influence through driving process change/Improvement
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross functionally in a matrix environment.
Strong analytical skills.
* Proven results focus / action orientation – demonstrated ability to identify problems, determine root cause, collect data from various sources, develop solutions and drive implementation within tight timelines
