A superb opportunity is available for a career focused IT support engineer, who is looking for that next step in their career. The role is providing application support to the company’s customers post product implementation. The successful candidate will have previous support experience from either a 2nd or 3rd level support position. You will have good support experience and have supported Java applications in the past. You will also have a good knowledge of web client development environments, application server and database server.
You will be responsible for providing high quality support to partners, customers and employees. You will also provide feedback to the development team on customer feedback.
The company are a leading software house in the Irish market and offer an excellent package and career progression to the right candidate. Position is based in West Dublin.

Experience/ Skills:
· 2 years in a support position

Remuneration:
· €35,000 – €45,000
