Application Support – Permanent – Dublin
My client is a leading Financial Services company currently requiring an Application Support Engineer.
The Role:
* Providing technical application support for software issues that may arise between client and their customers
* Developing add-on components and extensions to the CRM.
* Connections to Social Media services
* Interfaces for mobile devices (tablets, smart-phones etc.)
* Communicate effectively with CRM internal teams and with ERP development teams and partners
* Creating documentation on integrations and extensibility development projects and product customisations to customers and Development Partners
The Application Support Engineer:
* Experience in understanding, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues that are reported
* Experience of working in a team environment to agreed timescales
* Experience working in a customer facing role
* Experience or good working knowledge with the following web development technologies; ASP, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, XSLT, XML, IIS, Tomcat
* SQL Server or other RDBMS experience
* Experience Working on IT Projects – specifically CRM or system integrations would be an advantage
